To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged item (must report within 24 hours of delivery with proof)
